Dhimas is a full-fledged Indonesian lawyer with 10+ years legal experience. He graduated and earned his bachelor degree from Trisakti University (Jakarta, Indonesia) in 2009, and obtained his LL.M. with Distinction from The Robert Gordon University (Scotland, United Kingdom) in 2011.
His expertise can be seen from his experience working in several jurisdictions in various industries. He started his career as a legal assistant in Frankfurt, and then as an associate in reputable law firms in Ulaanbaatar and Jakarta, and followed with senior associate position in international and prominent business advisory firms in Bali.
He also had in-house legal experience as a legal manager in manufacturing and FMCG industry in Bekasi, as a commercial legal manager in a holding company focusing on IT and E-Commerce industry in Tangerang and as the head of legal in a property developer company in Bali.
At Compass Dhimas focuses on foreign direct investment, business structuring, company incorporation, compliance issues and other commercial matters such as property transactions and commercial agreements.
He has assisted numerous property transactions across Indonesia (Bali, Lombok, Labuan Bajo, Sumba, Rote, Selayar, Mentawai, etc.), and thus involved in many notable property projects, such as luxurious villas, 3-5 stars hotels, world renowned resorts, real estate projects, condotels, etc.
His other main duty is to lead Compass and its team in providing the highest quality services to the clients.
Dhimas co-founded Compass Legal Advisors in 2023. He speaks Bahasa Indonesia, English and German.
